2.What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece, and the ideal production order quantity is 500 square meters or more.
3.Can I have my own design? Are there any restrictions?
Yes, most of our mats are custom designed. There is no color limit, the maximum number of colors we can make on a mat is 30.
4.Can I obtain samples for free?
Yes, we can provide you with one sample within the 40 * 60cm range of our existing design for free, so the shipping fee will be charged by us. For samples designed by yourself, the cost of the samples will depend on the size.
5.Can the cushion match the design?
Due to the process of printing onto the surface of PVC, the color and design of PMS can only match as closely as possible. Polyvinyl chloride has different absorption of dyes, we do not print on paper. But most of our customers are satisfied with the mats they receive.
6.What is the production time?
Usually, our production takes about four weeks after all the details are confirmed, and the more you order, the longer the production time may be.
7.What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% as a deposit and a balance payable upon sight is acceptable, but it can only be 100% irrevocable.
