Q3: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China,you can fly to Ningbo Lishe International Airport, then we will pick you up. All our clients, from home or aboard are warmly
welcome to visit us!
Q4: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, the goods will be in natural opp bag and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can produce goods in your patent after getting your authorization letters and follow your requirements.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. The photos of the products and packages can be sent you before you pay the balance.
Q6: What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, EXW, CIF,CFR, DDU.
Q7: How aboutyour delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q8: How can I get some samples? And can I add my own logo on the sample?
A: We are honored to offer you samples if you find the styles you are interested in or send us your own designs.
Q9: What is your sample policy?
A: Sample charge can be refunded once order confirmed,we can support you free sample if small quantity.
Q10: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, Our QC terms are very strict to ensure the goods in perfect. Quality is priority. We
always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end. Our factory has gained ISO, SGS authentication and the supplier assessment of Alibaba.
Q11: What is your after sales service?
A:We provide specific and responsible after sales service from the beginning to the end.
